Buyer beware. Who misses pricing in the glass on a tiled shower reno? Prepare for changes with this company. This is echoed by my neighbor across the street who was surprised with a $1200 plumbing bill after the fact... who doesn't price in plumbing on a bathroom upgrade? This was only the tip of the iceberg for us. For my project, they said they'd have a quote in 2 weeks, took them almost 2 months and they blamed it on COVID and industry changes. I called and in the same day got a hold of their plumbing supplier who was supposedly causing the problem, this was a lie per the supplier. They said they could fit my original budget but blew it by almost $10K. There were some minor changes to scope which we agreed to which should have accounted for maybe about 1k tops (i.e. tiling extended to the ceiling vs. at window bottom height around the bath only). Its a real shame, they started out so cordial and nice but failed to deliver to their promises. I have all the history, emails and evidence of this.
