> This company not only does stuff improperly in their new construction houses, saying it was done simply cosmetic, but they also try to patch it poorly 3x, wasting my money. After all attempts, they say that they can't do anything else, sorry. There something they could do, do it right and not save money to do right from beginning, or don't do at all.

> We bought a house from Main St builders, and we were very happy when we first saw the house, location, layout, finishes and hearing they were experts on building new houses, with a background on HVAC company that they own too. Unfortunately, after moving in, we realized some basic stuff, specially coming from an expert, were not done properly, just to save some cost. For example, laundry room without a drain, HVAC with the most basic set up and system, which is very noisy and some other issues. We love our house, and love the location, just wish that some basic stuff, that wouldn't add that much to the cost, would have done properly, as now that the house is ready, it's not something we can fix. If you ask me again if I would buy this house? I believe I would say no based on 1yr here. Very unfortunate to have this feeling in a house that costed over $1M.
