> Our house remodeling started in 2018 and took 1 year and 3 months instead of 6 months promised by this company owner.
> It was expensive project and the contractor wad paid on time and in full.
> This is what we got in return.
> The demolition crew ripped the main water supply to the house and refused to fix it since the contract provided for no liability for damages to the existing structures. Ad a result, we have no water in two bathrooms on the first floor. It will cost more money to fix this damage.
> There was no supervising at the site by a foreman. The subcontractors wouldn't show up when expected, the weeks passed by with no work being conducted. Not a single inspection was passed from the first try due to poor quality and mistakes.
> There are crooked corners and walls, holes in the drywall, the front door installed crooked and unsealed, square holes cut in a ceiling for a round smoke detector, etc., the list goes on.
> Michael Maleh's been a smooth and polite talker just up to the day when he got paid in full . after which he stopped returning the phone calles and messages.
