Our design team specializes in kitchen and bathroom remodels, and we offer services from small handyman jobs to full home remodels. With degrees in interior design and project management, their role in your remodel is to guide you throughout the remodel process, including all aspects of design.

It is important that your space reflect your personal style and what you envision, while also being functional for how you wish to utilize your new space. By asking questions, listening to your wishes, and showing you design, color, and material options, we can collaborate on a design tailored to you that you will love and enjoy.

We came in with a tighter budget and while we did end up expanding it a little, she was able to meet us in the middle and really guide us in not only bringing our thoughts together into a cohesive vision but educate us - making it feel like we were investing in all the right areas to meet our goals.

When we began, our home was in very poor shape. The mechanical systems were failing, the structure was tired, and the spaces were no longer livable. NOR stepped in and led a comprehensive renovation that replaced every mechanical system (water, electrical, HVAC) a brought new life to the kitchen and main bathroom, added a whole new bathroom and two bedrooms, and reconfigured the staircase.

> The pocket door to our master bathroom was broken (no longer on tracks or functioning). NOR's team of Peter and Martina did a great repair in the tight space of our condo. They took down a cabinet, cut out a square of drywall to access the door , installed solid new tracks and rollers, plastered the drywall back, repainted, and reinstalled the cabinet. The door opens and closes perfectly now and the wall looks like new.  Totally professional to work with as was NOR owner, Brian. Highly recommended. These folks are real craftspeople.

> Paul from NOR Design & Construction came to our house last week to install a telescopic downdraft fan in our kitchen island after the big box store we purchased it from failed to follow through with the scheduled install. There were challenges with the area that had been previously cut out of the granite and the space where the fan extended down under the cooktop that required ingenuity and rerouting of the vent to prevent misalignment -- but Paul handled it like a pro and resolved every issue encountered in record time and left us with a perfectly installed fan. I've already scheduled them to redo my primary bathroom in the coming months and excited to see the transformation.

> Jessica and her project foreman Justin, came out and chatted with us during the interview process and we instantly felt a connection, as well as, their plan and ideas impressed us.
> We hired NOR Design & Construction during the COVID-19 chaos and were a little nervous about people coming into the home but the entire process was made very smooth for us.  Not only was every precaution used to protect our home, but masks were used, sign in sheets were used to keep track of who and when someone entered our home, a "wash station" was set up for employees to sanitize and wash their hands was in place, and a Port-o-Potty was set up so that no contactors wouldn't use our facilities.
