The quality of the work is excellent. John is a consummate professional, and so were most of the subs. There were some problems with the subs, but John addressed them immediately when brought to his attention. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because John was so busy that sometimes he forgot things. And we would have preferred more communication, such as knowing when subs were showing up at our house. We lived at the house while work was being done so we wanted a better handle on when they were and were not going to be here.
