Headlands Construction is a Marin County based company, family owned, general contracting company. 

We specialize in contemporary and modern design build construction and whole home renovations. Each project is unique and we take special care to customize each project to our specific client needs. 

QUALITY, INTEGRITY & SKILL are the Headlands principles. Like all good structures, our company is built upon a solid foundation of these principles upon which we operate. 

Though Headlands Construction is new by name, our family has been building in Marin County since the 1960’s and been residing in San Francisco and the Bay Area since the early 1900’s. Our roots run deep in the Bay Area and we take pride in building in this beautiful place we call home.

> i'm writing this review as my project is currently about 85% finished. i will write another review once we're 100% completed, but felt compelled to write a review today about the job thus far. i'm also sharing progress photos because i think it's equally important to see \*how\* a job gets to the final product, especially when you're a client who likes to check in on their project a lot (like me).
> working with ryan has been, overall, a great experience thus far. he's a general contractor who really cares about the work he does, the people he hires, and the experience of the client. so far, i have felt really well taken care of, listened to, and prioritized. he is really kind to his subcontractors which (i believe) makes them want to do quality work. he's also very hands-on and doesn't hesitate to self-perform whenever possible, to save time and money. i've only had to complain to him once about the cleanliness of my garage, and he immediately took care of things. so far, working with headlands has been exactly what i hoped for.
