> Working with Effraim was extremely easy. Most of my friends scared me about working with contractors - especially in a renovation. Effraim tells you as it is without adding on extra unnecessary scope to the project. He explains everything in detail (probably over detailed!) and always talks about what he has done personally with his own home and family. I highly recommend him because he kept us within a budget and worked with multiple people including a designer, a spouse, the town inspectors and his workers.
