> We used BDT to do the demolition and restoration we needed to have done in order to get our basement waterproofed after some groundwater issues. BDT did a really good, thorough job, putting up lots of plastic to help keep our possessions as clean as possible during both processes and sending really good contractors who did an amazing job of putting back drywall, rebuilding a big basement closet (that had been the previous owner's not-great DIY) and texturizing and painting. They got this fairly extensive restoration done within a week. During the restoration, some electrical issues arose, and they brought in their electrician, who fixed everything very well and quickly. Everybody at this company were good to work with, skilled and very detail-oriented - I especially liked working through all of this with Bruna, the project manager. Rod kept everything moving and made sure I was pleased with the finished work. I was very pleased! Everything looks brand new, and since I bought the place used, that's much better than it looked to begin with. These big projects can be just awful to get through, and working with BDT made it as easy as possible. I plan to use this company for further upgrades going forward.
