He also supervised the installation of a drip irrigation system and electricity for garden lighting. > > From the very beginning to the very end of this large project, it was a delight to work with Andrew. He is a professional of the highest caliber for several reasons: His attention to detail is evident in everything he did for this project. Although it was not necessary, he was on site everyday to see how the work progressed. He is creative and has a vision of what a landscape could look like that is hard to match. The project was finished in a timely manner and there were no hidden costs. Andrew's estimate was very straight-forward and if changes needed to be made (i.e. adding an extra border on the outside of the garden), he would always discuss it with us first. Another plus is the fact that Andrew knows the best contractors in the area. The craftsmanship of both the brick work and the fencing is amazing. He provided us with a complete lay out plan with the names of plants and shrubs and where they would be planted. The one acre portion of our property that we were designing has areas that get full sun, partial shade and mostly shade. We were looking for an interesting and diverse planting along our property line to provide us with screening from our neighbors. The shrubs that are planted there provide screening as well as beautiful flowering shrubs that bloom throughout the growing season. Andrew also helped us to design a large perenial bed that also has beautiful blooms throughout the spring, summer and fall. The clumping of same plants together make for an interesting organization and flow. The color theme in my perenial bed is yellow, blue and red which provide a glorious show of color through each season. Another garden he helped us design, is an all white garden, in a corner section of our property. It also blooms throughout the season. Beginning with azaleas, iris, peonies, Annabelle hydrangea and a smattering of white annuals. In addition he designed the pool area with several small shrubs mixed with roses and fragrant blooms during mid summer. Each individual garden flows nicely into the next so it looks as though it was carefully planned. Andrew provided us with a realistic budget and over saw the soil preparation and planting. Seven years later our gardens are truly magnificent. I would highly recommend Andrew as his attention to all details was beyond expectation.
