The project involved opening up the space by removing two walls, ripping out all existing carpeting and installing new flooring, replacing an outdated kitchenette with a bar and island, creating a gaming room, and updating two bathrooms, a guestroom, and a home gym. Despite the magnitude of this project, we felt at ease with Sandra, Heather, and Janet managing this renovation. Not only did they develop a comprehensive design, but they were on site nearly daily to coordinate the work being done by their talented crew (shoutout to Henry, Telma, and Jose!), the plumbers, the electricians, and the flooring installers. We also appreciated their approachability and attention to detail, as well as the patience they showed our yapping dog (sorry!). Sandra, Heather, and Janet helped us select the decorative elements for our new space--paint, wallpaper, curtains, lighting, and furniture--so that we were able to enjoy it as soon as the work was done. I shared with Sandra, the designer, that I was a retiree, on a fixed income, and with a certain dollar amount to spend on my master bathroom remodel. Sandra was able to offer me a contract which was not too far off my budget. I live in a condominium; but what I received in terms of planning for the project; ie. selection of products, demolition of the space, and delivery of new merchandise was handled with precision. > I was given a completion timeline of (2) weeks, and the remodel was completed in (16) days. I look at the finished product and cannot believe it is the same space. My big take away from this experience, be patient. " Let them do what they do best, design and construct."
