The entire experience at stone tech was wonderful starting with the warm and friendly staff to the highly professional templater and installers. We made multiple trips trying to narrow down a stone for our counter and each sales person was very patient and informative. Stone tech had a selection of granite, quartzite, quartz and marble like I never saw before. Installed a counter but would not install $2,000 worth pieces for a master bath. Said it was my contractor's responsibility. Too small for them to bother with. We were promised by Joanna that the two would match. Not only did they not match, Stone Tech failed to create a template and then over charged me for items I never ordered. It has been over 3 months and they still have not issues the refund or addressed their failure to have the countertops and backsplash match. I should have listened to my contractor and went somewhere else. These guys are all about money and could care less about customer service. I paid 900.00 for a fire place hearth that was the wrong color and a full inch short. When I confronted my classless salesman he dodged me for 3 weeks and then told me it was my problem. Called and emailed Dino, the owner's son, as had so many in these reviews. Not surprisingly he never got back to us after 3 emails and 3 phone calls. I urge everyone to check the FB and Yelp reviews prior to engaging this company. The project was complicated, involving several stone cutouts and large sections of continuous stone. One of the sections was 132” with a sink cut out. Selection of a contractor that “could do pull off” our vision was key to the success of the project.
