In other words pretty much the same as the darker top left plank. But as you can see this did not occur and he's quite far off. Need help on what we can do to fix the door as the whole house's wood stain is based off the hardwood. There are also wood Pillars on the exterior of this house. A: I agree with Kelly. The stains do not all have to match and rarely will they match. Every wood species will absorb the stain differently. A good sub contractor should know this and samples for approval should be made. If the homeowner really wants a consistent look, you can find a good faux finishers who can replicate the wood grain and color on the floors. **Q: Where is the bedding from. I have been looking fora gorgeous black and white comforter!** *(in Photo Questions)* A: This bedding was purchased at Anthropology. They are a retail store mostly selling women's apparel, but they do have a home good area as well. I think this bedding has been discontinued. You may have to find similar fabric and have one custom made. **Q: Sitting room goes from boring to full of personality!** *(in Before & After)* Our client came to us wanting a more attractive sitting room, as it is the first room you walk into through the entryway to his home. Studio M added a new leather sofa, two rich, caramel-colored leather sitting chairs, a drum-style side table, a bar, two apothecary-style chests flanking the fireplace, a pair of silver circular lamps, and a silver orbit pendant centered over the seating group.
