In our case, everything started and stopped with Petr. If his crew completed a day's work and something didn't look right or was in the wrong place, he was there to consult with and he was extremely accommodating when it came to making a change or a fix. > > I also heard from several people that whatever your budget is, you should plan on spending 20% more and taking a third longer than the deadline you agreed on. That was not the case with Envy Design. Once we agreed on a design, the materials and a price he delivered exactly what the contract called for with no hidden costs or contingency fees. If we asked for an additional feature, he simply quoted a cost and added changes as we needed them. His crew showed up on the first day and was there every day until it finished.
