> We highly recommend Rochelle Lynne Design.
> We have a 2000sq ft townhouse.  We renovated about 97% of the 3 floors.  There were no structural changes except taking down a non weight bearing wall in the  middle of the entry way.  However, this wall was an intrical esthetic to the look of the entry way, adding a lovely stair bannister and spindles.  Major changes in carpet in the bsmt and 3rd floor, the carpet had to be lush and bright, which it is just so luxurious and beautiful.   Resanding hardwood and blending in new hardwood in the living room.  It's so perfectly and beautifully done.  New ensuite bathroom vanity with an amazing barn door.  Adding vinyl plank flooring in the entry with electrical heating plus vinyl in 3 bathrooms and laundry. With just a beautiful job done on the stairs adding the stair nosing which adds a stunning and beautiful entry to our home.  Plus a beautiful kitchen counter and moziac tiling there and the fireplace.  Tiling also to the ceiling in the 2 bathrooms on 3rd floor.  Adding many beautiful design details throughout.  Very professional and absolutely beautiful painting done on about 95% of all walls, doors and trims plus 2 accent walls and kitchen island. All work done so perfectly and on time.  They had to work around my work schedule complicated by the fact I work at home.

**Q: what is cabinets in bathroom with soaking tub** *(in Photo Questions)*

What are cabinets in bath with soaking tub

A: In this project we used wire brushed white oak with a reactive stain and hand rubbed wax sealer.

**Q: Love the "dry flat" pull out screens! What is the material?** *(in Photo Questions)*

These compact drying screens are perfect for delicates, such as cashmere
sweaters. I'd like to install a few over our washer and dryer.

A: We used window screen mesh (plastic, not the metal one), and put it in place of the drawer bottom for these "delicates" drying drawers.
Client loved them so much they asked for the same feature be added to the laundry room of their next property as well!

**Q: What brand of microwave is this?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love the layout, having trouble finding a reliable over-the-counter microwave to build in!

A: Hi Stacey, 
Although this particular project is from nearly a decade ago, I can say that we consistently rely on 2 main brands for built-in microwaves!  For budget conscious projects like this kitchen, we recommend Panasonic, and for luxury kitchens our go-to has been Wolf.

Beautiful home!

A: Hi Daryle,
We designed the bespoke coffee table in this room specifically for this project.  We needed it to be oversized, and open underneath to tuck away the extra ottomans the owners wanted to have handy for large gatherings around the fireplace.
A talented local craftsman then fabricated it from locally sourced reclaimed prairie barn wood.  
So, to answer your question: no vendor, but we would be happy to provide further info if you contact us directly (contact info is in our company profile).
