**Q: What color are the bookshelves?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The bookshelves are the same color as the rest of the trim in the room - Sherwin Williams Tony Taupe and the walls are Accessible Beige

**Q: Love the chair.....where can I find it!?** *(in Photo Questions)*

The white chair in the background...where can I find it?

A: Thanks for the question.  That's an easy answer too!  This is simply an older chair with a custom slip cover.  As you can tell from the 300 year old shutters, we're not afraid to make old things new.  Head to your local resale shop and look for a chair with good lines and good construction.  After that, send it over to an upholstery shop with a few yards of cotton-twill fabric and you'll have a machine washable chair in no time.

**Q: Louvered Barn Doors** *(in Photo Questions)*

Just love these louvered barn doors! Where did you find them?

A: These doors are actually shutters from an 18th century French chateau.  We added the sliding hardware from realslidinghardware.com.  They work incredibly well and function as an art piece as much as doors.

A: The comments above are correct.  This is a 5" wide plank.  We like the width with the scale of the rooms and ceilings.

**Q: Island height** *(in Photo Questions)*

Is the island 36" high? It looks shorter. Thank you.

A: The island is 36" high as it is a work surface, not just an eating area.  Any lower becomes awkward for people of most heights and can cause back/shoulder tension.

**Q: What is the window/door Molding? Manufacturer, Model ?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me the molding you used in this room for the windows and doors? It is exactly what I am looking for. It looks beautiful!

A: Unfortunately, the window manufacturer succumbed to the weak economy and is no longer in business.  The moldings are all stock moldings available at any reputable trim supplier.
