I then google searched and found another one for 30% off promo code STORE POLICY for new customer to Loom Decor for December. Again I was rejected. Could not get anyone to pick up phone during their normal work hours and waited hour for chat message to work only to have them say sorry must be scam advertising. So people just take the time to use their logo and advertize coupon for free according to them, not to mention they mislead on their own facebook advertising so no one to blame on that one. Clearly not customer service savvy or they would have honored their misleading ad to me. They offered 15% off as quote "good will" Was negative reviews worth the 15% savings they were saving since my order was over a $1,000 that should have been a no brainer.
