From the first meeting, Suna had clear ideas of what would make the space feel better and work better for us. Now that we are nearing completion, it's easy to see that her initial thoughts were spot on. **Q: what are the cabinets** *(in Photo Questions)*

Are the cabinets teak? If not what are they.

A: They are made from a product called Plyboo which is an engineered bamboo plywood which mills like solid timber.  Very green, and the end grain is lovely!

Where do those cabinets come from? would love to know cost info, what kind of wood, availability, how/where to order, etc.

A: The cabinets were made by Wallis Woodworks in Santa Cruz.  They are made out of Plyboo - an engineered bamboo ply.  http://www.walliswoodworks.com/
