> We hired Dream Builders to reconfigure and redesign our Master Bath, from the get go they had a much better plan than anyone else who had quoted us. Our bathroom was a 90s nightmare! Michael and his team came up with a great design and helped us every step of the way from tile to paint colors. Not only are they very nice and clean-they do an amazing job! They even cleaned our ceiling fan. Those are the little touches that made it an even better experience.  I would definitely hire them again!

> In five years we are planning to downsize and sell our 6,000 sq. ft home; which is 16 years old and in need of a “facelift.”  We decided to start in the kitchen, on a DIY mission, by replacing countertops, sinks, faucets and lights.  When we purchased our original granite, the company said it was discontinued so we had to finish the remaining counter in a coordinating laminate.
> Updating meant that we needed to replace all the countertops with granite at an expense of over five figures.  To be cost effective, we had planned to do all the work ourselves, except for the granite install. Long story short … the project was getting bigger than us so we had to sub out the work.  We were referred to Dream Builders and made an appointment.  We met with Michael and John at our home and, not only did they have several options, they saved us thousands of dollars.  Michael and John said our existing granite was still beautiful so why replace it.  They searched and found two slabs that matched exactly to our piece.  We were so impressed that we turned the entire project over to Dream Builders.  They kept the work schedule on time, returned phones calls, left the work site clean, and did an exceptional job.

> We had been living at our house for over three years before we decided to finish our basement. We met with various contractors to see who was going to be the best fit for our needs and the value that Dreambuilders was going to add to our basement far exceeded any other proposal we received from other contractors. From the time that we met with Mike, he was able to create a vision for our basement that we and the other contractors never came up with. He had design, practicality and functionality in mind. Also, even throughout the construction period, our basement was spotless, tools were always neatly put away, garbage was not to be seen and there was always tarp on our upstairs floor that was always put away at the end of the day.  Mike was always very responsive when I needed to get a hold of him and always offered his expert advice when I couldn't make a decision. Our basement has been finished for a couple of weeks and we have received compliments from everyone who sees it. Dreambuilders far exceeded our expectations and made our basement an extension of our upstairs.
