He was very helpful in setting up an appropriate design for our small kitchen in the Back Bay (Boston). He listened to what we wanted and directed us to what would work out in the space we had. The cabinets are beautiful. I would make some changes to a couple drawers but those are things you can't know ahead of time. Bill worked on a schedule, as he was very busy, but he was always available when we needed him. I never had trouble reaching him at the store, either. Last fall I finally decided it was the right time and a neighbor recommended Bill Rowe at the Home Depot in Everett. She had used Bill for her renovation and I loved the way her kitchen turned out. I was anxious about the project because I have a hard time making decisions and I don't always trust my instincts. Right away Bill put me at ease by listening to my ideas and gently making suggestions. Each time we met I always felt as though I had his undivided attention and that he truly wanted me to feel great about my design choices. My kitchen is very small but over the course of a few weeks, Bill created three different design plans until I felt happy with the layout. Bill has worked with my contractor on quite a number of projects and together they make a great team. My contractor has told me that he admires the way Bill is so thorough and knowledgeable, always coming to a site numerous times and seeing projects through from start to finish. When I had an issue with one of my cabinets, Bill took care of it right away and it was replaced in less than a week. It was such a pleasure to work with Bill, he has a great eye, he knows what will work best for a space, but he is never pushy. I am the only person I know who was sad when her renovation was over because I loved working with the incredible team that made it all happen.
