Darren has done major renovation for two of my kitchens. The first remodel included removing a wall to increase the size of the kitchen. Before we found Darren, other designers were suggesting filling the space with cabinets, no style, no creativity, no design. Darren, with his architectural and designer eye and background, was able to look at the space, assess what we needed and come up with a brilliant plan. He is organized, with the help of Marchelle, his back office manager, and impeccable when it comes to hiring the construction company to demolish and install. One of my favorite qualities about working with Darren is that he gives you as many or as few choices as you want... He is acutely aware of current trends and style so that if you want to choose from 100 faucets, have at it, but if you want to choose from 3 that would definitely fit into the space, he will offer that option in planning as well. Both kitchens are beautiful! The house with the first kitchen sold in a week - I am convinced the kitchen was a big part of it. The second kitchen, is exactly what we wanted - European, farmhouse, cozy but with all the modern kitchen appliances, materials, cabinetry to die for, and a very cool, comfortable vibe.
