She handled all the coordination of the products with Tim to make sure the project stayed on time and budget. They completely gutted and redesigned my kitchen, created a bar from a closet, designed and installed a murphy bed and cabinetry in my guest bedroom and designed cabinetry around my fireplace. It was about a 4 month project. I bought the condo, they did the remodel and then I moved in. The quality of their work is excellent as is the quality of the products they use. We spent time going through the condo and talking about what I wanted, what was possible and what was unrealistic given my budget and how to get what I wanted within my budget. They gave me options on some of the phases of the work to reduce my costs. They always made sure that any changes in the work were approved by me, notified me if there were additional costs associated with the changes I requested and were very easy to work with. At the signing of the contract, they gave me a calendar of how the work would progress. They were not always able to stick to the dates in the calendar, but they would contact me to discuss what was happening and why things were delayed or moved ahead of the schedule. They did not finish exactly when they thought they would, but they were very close. Some of the cabinets were not finished by the time requested, but again, they lt me know well ahead of time. I set my move-in date and 99% of everything was done by then. I would definitely hire this company again.
