> My wife and I purchased a 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in July 2011.  We hired Nick with Del Mar to do a complete renovation.  It is easier to say want we did not change, which was the sliding doors and the air conditioner. The condo was completely gutted and walls were even removed.  We also had a short time frame to have the renovations completed as there were tenants coming in November, which left us about 3 months to have the work completed.  Nick said he could have it done and he did.  The job was outstanding and exceeded all of our expectations.  Nick was easy to work with and did an excellent job.  The project was completed within budget.  I have recommended Nick to a family member who is thinking about remodeling their condo.  I strongly recommend Nick with Del Mar.

A: It was the counter top material, I can't recall if it was granite or marble but the name was Elegant Brown I believe.

**Q: love the bunk bed!!! Where can I buy it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Unfortunately this bed is not available in a pre-built package. We built this custom to the homeowners specifications. To add to the complexity of this particular bed, it is in a condominium above the ground floor. Needless to say, It resides in it's final location.

**Q: Wet bar** *(in Photo Questions)*

What is the dimensions of the wet bar?

A: Craig, Good Eye.  The room behind the bar was a laundry closet, we stole a little space to set the Miele back enough to allow for counter top space in front of it.
