They showed me where the trouble was and repaired it quickly for a fraction of the cost of my other quotes. What I liked was that they were honest and didn't try to sell me a full tuckpoint of a chimney instead of just the trouble spots which saved me a fortune. They took a picture of the cap as I could not climb up to see it for myself, and showed me that is was fine except for a little caulk which they replaced. I will call them again.
