None of the staged lamps had bulbs. The house was pretty dark when all was said and done. I had to personally install light bulbs in all of the staged lamps, which they have stolen from now and will not reimburse me for. > 4\. They threatened to charge me $1,000 on the back end with hidden fees buried in their contract.
