The link was invalid and referred to a website that doesn’t exist. Further, the FedEx shipping number is also invalid. After several unanswered emails and phone calls that went unanswered, I finally got in touch with someone (Nov 11). She told me the chair would be shipped that day and I would receive an updated email the next morning. That didn’t happen. I called back. I was told the same thing. In fact, I’ve been told the same thing every day since Nov 11. (Today is Nov 17.) > > I’m afraid I’ve been scammed. Then when found, they offered me only 500.00 for the cushions saying that was the only part of the chairs they could re-utilize. Then when I followed up and requested the forms needed for the return to be issued to me, they changed their story and said NO REFUND CAN BE ISSUED AT ALL!! What a NIGHTMARE!!
