> Terrible experience with advanced interior, I would never recommend this company to anyone.   They sent a carpet installer to our home to install carpet in our living room, stairway, and bedroom. The carpet needed to be fixed two different times I called them out for the third time and this time they refused to fix it because our warranty had expired.

> I don't believe I have had a worse experience with a company than I have had with advanced interiors. The product we received (Shaw Flooring) is good, however, the installation was not. I started a claim which resulted in a 3rd party inspector to come out and detail the problems which ended up being related to installation. After about 2 months of back and forth they finally decided to fix their mistake. The technicians arrived with no plan and didn't even read the report from the inspector. They rushed through the repair and used glue to bring the boards back together and then put a screw right through one of the boards and tried filling it as you can see in the pictures. They also chipped the corner. They claim this is "industry standard" and they had to do that to stop the squeaking (which I never complained of any squeaking) Needless to say I expressed my concern to the flooring manager who said he will look into this further and get back to me in a couple days. That was 2 weeks ago! I have left several voicemails to have them get in contact with me but I have not been contacted yet. Very poor customer service and I will not recommend them to anyone.
