> Don’t buy a house from them. Deceptive pricing structure. Typical new construction bait and switch tactics. The base is really base and then markups all over the place for very minor changes. More than likely a 20% price increase from the base price. That isn’t minor when the houses start above $1M. Don’t trust the sign now and we will figure out the price later when you go to make changes. Nail down the price before signing contract!
