> I want the public to know of this store.    I am a professional Interior Designer, NCIDQ 022097.
> I purchased by a PHONE ORDER, 2     NEW    Chairs/ottomans,  Paid in full, $853.86.
> I contacted Barbara Batsavage, OWNER,  THE MISSING PIECE,  TO PICK UP MY ITEMS.
> She personally told me THE ITEMS HAD BEEN RESOLD.
> I told her she could not do that without notice.
> Florida Law, Statute Title XL, CHAPTER 715, REQUIRES STORE OWNERS TO NOTIFY THE CUSTOMER by CERTIFIED SIGNED MAIL of any change or disposition of paid for merchandise.
> I requested my money $853.86.    I have not been paid.   I had an attorney write a demand letter certified signed  Feb 2016.   I have not been paid.   I spent additional funds to retrieve my money.
> Please pay me my money.  $853.86
>
> A store cannot collect 2X   for the same goods.   I am available to submit receipt and attorney letter without problem.
