From the first meetings where we conceived the project all the way through the completion of the work (February 2024 for the first phase), Tim Franklin listened to our thoughts, even if imperfectly expressed, and translated them into imaginative design solutions. Our hope was that updates and modernizations to the house would be largely invisible, as though they’d been there from the beginning. Tim delivered, beautifully. > Every old house renovation has unexpected issues, and Tim, project manager Chris Janca, and their crew of craftsmen were at pains to keep us informed as to what they’d discovered and how it could be addressed. The depth and breadth of their experience was obvious.
