> We hired Marc Lemoine as architect for a total remodel of our 60 year old existing ranch style home.  We wanted more of a mid century modern look and feel, adding a casita and bathroom.  He designed a 14'  dramatic entryway,  with an 8' front door.  The master bedroom was expanded and a more modern master bath was added.  Original 8' ceilings in the living room,  entry and dining areas were vaulted. The kitchen was totally redone, and a pantry and laundry room were added.  He was frequently on-site and available whenever needed,  as construction progressed.   Marc Lemoine is responsible for bringing  our dream house to life

## Community Q&A

**Q: Wine wall made of glass** *(in Photo Questions)*

When they built the wine storage does it have refrigeration. Approximately what is the cost to build.

A: Thank you for your interest.  The wine room has its own cooling system.  The cost of the wine room was not broken out, however the ceiling is 12'-0" tall and the columns are covered in a natural stone called silver quartz.  Marc
