Our neighbors had used Rick in building them a new home. They were very happy. We contacted Rick and told him of our project. It took 7 months, but it turned out great. Rick is very knowledgeable, and does his work very professionally. His sub contractors were absolutely great to work with. After a year, we had a few things that needed some attention. He responded very quickly. We have had family and friends down to see our house. They could not believe how great it looked. I would highly recommend Rick, and I will certainly use him on future projects. Rick built a lake house for us and we have spent one summer enjoying it to the fullest. He and his crews were so easy to work with! We made a lot of changes during the process and each time our decisions were met with courtesy and professionalism. We were not the easiest of clients, I'm sure, but Rick never let it show. Every phone call and email was returned in a matter of minutes, no matter when we called. He worked with the county on a couple of issues, which wasn't easy, but seamless for us. He does beautiful, perfect work. His superintendent and crews were the best and we've recommended him to relatives and friends. Our first design priced out almost $150,000 higher than our budget would allow. Rick brought us another design approach that gave us the same features as the prior design and cost more than $100,000 less than our prior design.
