> Please go with another architect as Hyphen Studios will try to nickle and dime you. They expect you to not ask for changes even after the first drawing. What should be an iterative process is actually a one sided process.

> They expect you to not provide any feedback or ask for changes, no matter how small. If you do, they will ask for more money. Even during their presentation, it's completely one sided. Save your money and find an architect who is collaborative and actually treats you like a client. Hyphen will constantly go against their word and try to get more money.

In Hyphen Studio we always try to help our clients to go through the complicated process of designing their own home and we did the same thing for your project as well by having numerous extensive meetings, provided explanations and clarifications before and after you engaged us. In Hyphen Studio we also keep working with our clients on as many revisions as needed to get to the best solution for their project as long as they're improving the project and are along with the client's wish list. It is self-explaining that despite all complications and all help we provide, It is the client's responsibility to care enough and spend enough time to provide a thoughtful wish list as it's the basis of our work and the whole design process. A wrong base misleads the designer. As we tried to explain directly to you, changing the number of bedrooms or the number of parking spots or design style is not considered as "feedback" or "minor changes". There is a huge difference between giving feedback/providing comments and changing major elements of the wish list.
> It's unfortunate that you are not satisfied with our service. I wish instead of constantly changing your direction, you could spend enough time thinking about your project and what you want first and then engage any architect.
