Tim offered creative ideas truly customizing the space that none of the other vendors suggested and this set him apart from the competition.   Tim worked with all of the vendors that were part of the project including the engineer, borough inspectors, plumbers, electricians and construction team that built the covered roof over part of the space.  Tim also designed the outdoor landscaping and worked with us to find exactly what we wanted in each area that needed shrubs/trees/flowers/plants.
