John was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the entire process to make it as stress free as possible. He had great ideas and explained everything thoroughly and was always responsive to our many questions. Because we were so pleased, we hired John a second time for a more complex addition in 2020 and he has been amazing once again. He knew just by looking at our property and hearing our ideas that we would need a variance. Although we were hesitant to begin the variance process, John handled every aspect of it for us and we were easily approved! Without his knowledge and experience with the town board, we would not have been able to navigate the process. We are so so grateful to John for making all of our home remodeling dreams come true and he's the only architect we would trust with our home.
