They did a phenomenal job... from sizing things up to measuring and ordering a new liner, fixing up some posts that had developed some frost shifts over the years and replacing my sand filter which frankly was still working but I felt it must be pretty grungy after filtering 25 years of pool gunk! It literally looks like new here now and the service teams, lead by above ground expert Dylan, were super knowledgeable and friendly... responding to every email I sent... came as promised, and all worked like a well oiled machine to get the job done! I thinks it's pretty amazing to get such a great service on a 25+ year old pool! **★ — HU-892796424, May 2024** > Paid $600 to have my pool "opened" which consisted of taking the cover of my pool and spa and install some jets. Extra $99 to have the cover taken off the spa as well . The intake covers or filters were never put on. The pump was never started, I had to add the chemicals myself and once I filled the pool the piping was not all put back together, water everywhere in my shed. Only solace is the gentlemen who came out were very kind but were only there maybe 15-20 minutes.
