> Shawn Forth and Susan Fiely (Realtor) have been great to work with! We were immediately impressed by build quality and trim level as compared to other builders in the same price range. We're so excited to move in! The process has been flawless! The walk-through was so easy; the entire crew was there fixing or making notations to fix as we went along. We bought an existing build, but I checked out the Co-Construct portal used by SFCH for custom builds, and it appears very high tech. Lucky to have found a builder with such high standards in a market where the tremendous growth attracts much of the opposite.
