Our design concept is affordable luxury. From concept to completion, this process is about you & we understand you lead a busy life and desire concierge styled service, so we created our business to work in this way.

Step \#1: Sage Kitchens Design meets with you in your home. Seasoned designer Cathy Tate Sage will learn about the scope of the project you are planning, ask detailed questions about how you live, such as “is the main cook left or right handed?” We will ask preliminary questions about the style you’d like to have in your new space and discuss the budget range and time frame you have in mind.

Step \#2: From our first meeting, we draw up initial plans. When you decide to move forward with Sage Kitchens & Baths, a design retainer is secured and the contract is signed. We take your feedback on the initial plans and head back to the drawing board to include any revisions you may have.

Step \#3: We meet again to discuss the design changes we instituted and once those are confirmed we move onto choosing the finishes and auxiliary items such as sinks, faucets, countertops and hardware. Upon receiving payment, we also custom order your cabinetry!

Step \#4: If necessary, demo begins of your kitchen or bathroom and your space and home are readied for the new products in your remodel! When ready, delivery of your cabinetry.

Step \#5: Installation begins and the beautiful new kitchen (or bathroom – or beyond!) you’ve been dreaming of begins to take shape right in your home!

Step \#6: Upon completion, a punch list is made if necessary and once completed, you begin to think about which room you will remodel next with Sage Kitchens & Baths!

> One star too much. Sage failed to deliver cabinet that resulted in a ruined countertop and a 3 month delay, plus extensive uninstall reinstall costs.
>
> When notified of the issue, Sage refused to help, leaving us high and dry with an unusable kitchen. This is our 6th remodel using a designer and by far the worst.
>
> Cathy Sage (owner) claimed the cabinet was delivered because they checked it off a list that only they had. No delivery invoices or packing slip. No signature of receipt from us. Much of original order was backordered. We reordered cabinet through a reputable dealer and now must wait 8 weeks for delivery. Original order placed in April. Terrible experience.
>
> This is going to cost us tens of thousands of dollars and forces us to cancel holiday plans.

> Cathy Sage and Devon Sheprow at Sage Kitchen Design are AMAZING and absolutely wonderful to work with. Their attention to detail and design ideas were the best and we couldn't have asked for better service. Their ideas, knowledge and experience was evident throughout the process. I didn't know if I could get what I wanted with the space that I had but after collecting all of our thoughts they were able to come up with a design that we were very happy with. And then the final finished kitchen topped our expectations even more! I absolutely love my new kitchen and I'm so thankful for everything they did for us! From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Cathy and Devon for your next home improvement project!

> 4 months after installation and my kitchen is still not finished, and I have a small kitchen! There is a point where you can do all the yoga, breathe-work, meditation, positive thinking you want, but it gets to the point where the intolerable excuses and mistakes become too frequent for anyone’s patience. And I have the patience of a saint. Due to a digestive disease, my kitchen is part of my health plan. So my kitchen holds a personal stance in my home. So the one of many problems was they put a bi-fold cabinet at waste level in the entrance way of my kitchen. I have to duck under bi-fold to use, which I don’t use because it is completely non-useable. The bi-fold was meant to be a prep space for prepping from scratch. When I open the bi-fold I am left with 21” of clearing to get to the rest of my kitchen. Cathy and Devan sat on the paperwork for a good month and half before placing order. They claimed they were busy and they were really trying . Interesting how they got my WHOLE kitchen designed in that amount of time. Two of replacement items came in damaged at different times. Didn’t bother to let us know they arrived. I had to reach out to them, and sometimes it was radio silence. So here we are going on four months with no closure. There is so much more to this story then I can type. Consider wisely who you want to do your personal spaces such as bathrooms and kitchens.

> We are currently in the middle of our kitchen remodel. Cathy is AMAZING. She dots all the "i"s and crosses all the "t"s to say the least. I couldn't imagine a smoother process. I would highly recommend Cathy and look forward to using her again for future projects! I feel like she has become part of our family - she definitely makes her work part of her life.

**Comment from Sage Kitchen & Bath Design:**

> Hana and Rance
> I enjoy working with you and appreciate that you are enjoying this very emotional time and even though it is upside down we can already see the beautiful room it will soon be!

**★★★★★ — Alesha Ronat, Nov. 2017**

> Cathy is a great listener, asked all the right questions, has a great eye for design, very detailed orientated, prompt, and professional. She helped has add a cabinet, crown molding, sink, faucet, and counter tops to our 34 year old kitchen. Our Corsi (Greenfield Cabinets) cabinets are still in great shape so just wanted to update the items that were worn or dated.
>
> Greenfield did a fantastic job of matching our existing cabinets to the new cabinet and crown molding. I'm a pretty picky individual and even I was impressed with the color match.
>
> The kitchen looks so different that several of our friends have asked if the cabinets are new. Amazing what a small, well planned face lift and quality cabinets can do for a 34 year old kitchen.

**Comment from Sage Kitchen & Bath Design:**

> Alesha
> It was a gamble, as all matches can be, and we did it! And I love the new counter tops and backsplash. It does look like a new kitchen. You have been a joy to work with.

**★★★★★ — Kristi Hyten, Oct. 2017**

> Cathy has been wonderful to work with on cabinet design for our new home. She is very creative and attentive to detail. Cathy eagerly makes any requested change to the design and works tirelessly to make sure we are happy with it. Looking forward to seeing the final product!

**Comment from Sage Kitchen & Bath Design:**

> Kristi
> It is a real pleasure to work with you. Your home will be beautiful and the many hours we spent will make it worth it!

**★★★★★ — julieelewis, Oct. 2017**

> Cathy was wonderful to work with. She designed my kitchen, bar, and all of our bathrooms when building our new home. She had great ideas and knew how to create a great space. She spent many hours with me as I tend to change my mind and wanted to see many options. Cathy also took me to pick out all of my kitchen appliances. She knew all of the things I would want and need in a kitchen. I am so glad my decorator recommended her as well as a handful of friends. My experience was just as great as theirs!

**Comment from Sage Kitchen & Bath Design:**

> Julie
> We did have a lot of fun working on your new home and it is definitely everything you wanted and more. Great to hear from you!

**★★★★★ — Debra McNabney, Oct. 2017**

> I hired Cathy for a really challenging kitchen remodel. A couple of walls had to be removed and the entire layout redesigned. I absolutely love the result - - all of it. The cabinets, the floor, the backsplash, the flow. I couldn't have asked for a better result.

**Comment from Sage Kitchen & Bath Design:**

> Deb working with you on several of your projects has been such a pleasure. You are a very well planned person and it has been a pleasure.

**★★★★★ — Branz Construction, LLC, March 2017**

> As custom builders, we have enjoyed a wonderful working relationship with Sage Kitchen & Bath Design for many years. They are our “go to” design firm for all things kitchen and bath and are pros in every way. Cathy & Tim understand the idiosyncrasies of every project and will work with you to make your dream a reality.

**Comment from Sage Kitchen & Bath Design:**

> Thank you Bill and Diane. I have enjoyed working with you and your company over the past 8 to 10 years.

**★★★★★ — Carla Moman, March 2017**

> Cathy and Tim are great to work with. Cathy is thorough and listens to what people want. She wants to achieve a certain look along with meeting all the demands for practicality at the same time. She has such a caring nature and really knows her stuff. She truly goes out of her way to make sure her clients are more than satisfied.

**Comment from Sage Kitchen & Bath Design:**

> Thank you Carla! I enjoy working with you as well. It takes a village.

**★★★★★ — Rochelle Weast, Oct. 2016**

> I cannot say enough about Cathy of Sage Kitchen & Bath Design! She guided us thru the decisions and helped my husband and I plan, design and implement our dream kitchen. We had a lot of ideas, and Cathy provided professional insight on what would, and would not work in our home, by taking into consideration our likes/dislikes, the look and tone of the rest of our home, and other homes in the area. We went with Greenfield cabinets, which are beautiful and functional and were within budget. For a kitchen remodel, we did not have a huge budget, but Cathy made great recommendations that were on point and within budget.

**Comment from Sage Kitchen & Bath Design:**

> Rochelle
> Thank you for the before and after pictures. I enjoyed working with you and Joe and thrilled to be a part of the remodel. I know you will enjoy working in your beautiful new kitchen!

**★★★★★ — krsherlock, Aug. 2016**

> Cathy does a great job with all aspects of a project. She is very creative and listens to your vision. She has done a master bathroom remodel, kitchen upgrade, and a finished basement project for me. She pays attention to budget and let's you know her choices. The contractors she works with are also top notch.

**Comment from Sage Kitchen & Bath Design:**

> Thanks for the great feed back. It was fun working with you too!
