Order placed 2.14.2024. Contract said it would take 20-24 weeks. I waited patiently for 33 weeks (over 8 MONTHS!!!) and finally gave up. Lost all confidence Havana Shade would ever be able to deliver the final product. Order cancelled October 2024. Now dealing with getting my refund. Communication throughout was very poor with constant excuses for the delays that after 33 weeks of waiting became completely unacceptable.
