When Ciaran suggested a gut renovation, I wasn't sure but he walked me through the entire process with the building department and brought in fantastic subcontractors, including floor, plumbers, painters, and tile work that made it so much easier than I thought it would be. Ciaran really listened to what I wanted and came up with great, innovative ideas I never could have thought of including how to get the most space out of each room, and lots of individual touches that have made my apartment feel spacious and so unique to me. He did an amazing job creating a home office out of an oversized closet that I never would have believed was possible. His enthusiasm for the creative process is infectious and very inspirational and his attention to detail made sure everything was done properly and professionally. Ciaran is friendly and approachable and promptly returned all phone calls, not something all contractors do.
