> I hired Daniel to construct a new custom home. He used a John Sailor design which means he had to be a master builder to build it right. The home came out perfect and Daniel builds with the highest quality I have ever seen. Recently, we had a freezer line break and I did not hesitate to call Daniel because he knows the house better than anyone else and I knew the job would be done right.

> Dan Olson, crew and subcontractors were great to work with and did quality work.  We were involved in every step of the project, given ideals and options.  Project involved a kitchen/bathroom remodel - moving walls; changing walls, plumbing, electrical and vents and adding an upstairs laundry.  Project was done within schedule and within budget.  Staying within budget was a concern of ours as our house was built in 1957 and a substantial remodel would not necessarily translate into increased market value.

> I am 82 years old and have lived in my home for 50 years. I have known Daniel since he first started his career and he has done multiple large projects for me. This includes an addition, enlarging the kitchen area and den, gutting five bathrooms, completely redoing my kitchen with new cabinets and granite countertops, constructing a new large cedar deck, and putting in a second basement with new electric. After knowing Daniel for years I can say that he is a very special person with a lot of vision and ideas. I can always trust that the job is going to be done the right way, timely and within budget. I have nothing but nice things to say about Daniel and his team.

> Daniel J. Olson Construction remodeled our sunroom. They removed three large skylights, restructured the roof, insulated the sunroom, and reconstructed the inside. I found Daniel and his team to be very easy to work with, honest, and provided accurate estimates. The workers were wonderful and clean. They acted like they were guests in our home and always made sure they did not inconvenience us with the noise level. I am very happy with the work that was done and would definitely recommend Daniel.
