> We used SolCal for a project in our condo in Cathedral Canyon Country Club.  The objective was to convert an atrium into an indoor game room.  This involved adding to the roof, pouring a new concrete floor up to the level of the rest of the foundation, finishing the walls and ceiling plus some new wiring to outlets, etc.  We are very pleased with the results and I would highly recommend Loren Bose for any project.  He's very skilled and super easy to deal with because he provides prompt answers to questions and keeps you informed on his progress daily.  His estimated cost for the job was exactly what he charged us and there were zero "unexpected" cost overruns.  I have recommended SolCal to several of our acquaintances.
