> We have used Kettering irrigation for years, and when they came out this past month to get our system up and running for the summer, the gentleman who came out didn't walk the yard to ensure everything was popping up and working correctly. We had them out once to do the summer setup; then, we had them out to move a sprinkler head. Neither time did they check all the heads. They love billing us the day they come out, but apparently, to do the work properly takes a few service calls. Today, I called Jodi to ask them to come back out since there is an issue, and she acted like it was such an inconvenience and said, "Well, we are scheduling a few weeks out." Really? Then can I have my check back from when the summer setup was paid since it wasn't done right? Never mind, I guess. We will call someone different.
