After the walkthrough of our previous kitchen, dining, laundry and addition space, and a detailed conversation with us, she presented us with three options. Together we blended the design we wanted. After that she walked us through every step of the process : types of cabinets, cabinet color, knobs, flooring, countertop, backsplash, window trim, sinks, faucets - and this involved visiting the various stores. We had already picked out appliances on our from Yale Appliances earlier, so she worked those into the design. She also worked very well with our contractor providing detailed diagrams to them. Due to her relationship with vendors, it helped tremendously to have her as the go-between for many of the items we ordered through her.
