Cenmar, the owner, provided services to restore some dry wall, tile flooring and reconstruction of an entire master shower, due to some water damage. He provides all of his documentation, including a Gantt chart project schedule through Houzz. His workers came in daily and provided quality work, and Cenmar was always very responsive to answer any questions that I had. He even completed the work ahead of schedule ! This time we got into a decision-required moment for this old house, We called upon Sparkle to come to our rescue and give us options for a small bathroom when the plumbing could not be repaired without going into a wall. Cenmar presented us with several options including a partial remodel that would cover over the very large shower repair that was needed or a full remodel for a very reasonable price. We chose the full remodel and it's now the coolest room in the house, which is a little odd. This was our fourth project with Sparkle for remodel and freshening up. Once again, the design team made the decision-making process easy and fun And they organized our choices so nicely once they completely understood our goals from our first meeting on this, so we felt comfortable with fewer options rather than the whole world of choices. It was a bathroom this time we needed Sparkle for, so time mattered. Cenmar prioritized us on his list which was a lifesaver. Scheduling was fast. Less than two weeks from when materials were chosen, his crew arrived. Once again, as always, the gang was prompt, meticulous, polite, and cleaned up each day. Once again, they accommodated our schedule. They only missed a day if we had requested they not work that day because of our schedule.
