> Hello, We had a guest bathroom that needed a renovation and the only thing that was retained was the bathtub.  This renovation included the removal of a soffit, tile walls and flooring. We went from a double sink to a single thus requiring plumbing and electrical.  Gary arranged for the village permit which required the addition of an electrical circuit.  The results were outstanding and the cost was very reasonable.

> Gary supplied a list of vendors for us to select our flooring, tile, cabinet and fixtures.  His workmen were flawless and the tile lines, flooring arrangement are perfectly straight.  When adjustments were requested, they were taken care of.  Our home was kept clean.
