> L3 Construction was a LIFE SAVER for me a few weeks ago.  I had purchased a new patio door from Renewal by Anderson and when they came to install, rot was found around the door (it was pretty extensive).  They stopped all work immediately and told me I needed to find a contractor to fix it prior to finishing the installation.  They said they would send me a list of contractors that they have worked with in the past, however I went out on my own and contacted L3 Construction to see if they might have any time over the next few weeks (fully understanding how busy all contractors are this summer).  I was so happy to hear that they had someone that could come and look at my situation that day!  The next day they had a team onsite and had the issue resolved that evening.  Their craftsmanship is top notch and the area was left in perfect shape for the installer from Renewal by Anderson.   I was able to get my patio door installed later that week.  Without their quick response, I would have been left with a patio door boarded up for several weeks.  I can not say enough about their work, their response time, and the attitude of their employees.

Chip came and assessed the damages and gave us a fair quote. He helped us work with our insurance company in and in the end the whole clean up, sheet rock and new flooring and paint was covered!  Chip and his team were professional and helpful and great to work with. They far exceeded our expectations and we will definitely use L3 construction in the future.
