> August started by asking us some of our needs and preferences. We had some strong preferences regarding some aspects of the yard and didn't know what we wanted for other aspects. He took what we gave him and put together a plan that was carefully thought out for usability and beauty. We knew our family and neighbors would be impressed. When we received the first draft we loved most of it, though we did realize we want to change certain aspects. August was more than willing to give us a call to talk through the changes, and we spent more than an hour talking through what we wanted and taking in his expertise. We went through a few more drafts, and each time he was willing to make whatever changes we wanted while offering his recommendations when needed. He remained patient even when we changed our minds back and forth a couple times. Overall, he was fantastic to work with.
