They explained the actual work will be done after they have done the complete design. A couple of days later, Dan came back with his crew to start of the tear off and replacement project. It was a beautiful day to do it. When came back from work, I expected to see your crew still be there and to see a mess from the project. But when I arrived at the house that evening there was no evidence - no debris - just a new shingle roof. I pulled out a ladder to check the roof myself. Sure enough, I saw the new shingles in place. I was surprised on how fast and how clean your crew were on this project. I just finished insulating, dry-walling and mudding in this room.
