> The team at Reimagine Raleigh did an excellent job renovating our half bath and full guest bathroom. Their coordination with our schedules and ability to keep the various trades moving smoothly was a key part of the project’s success. Even when we unexpectedly ran out of tile (an issue on our end, not theirs), they worked with us to adjust the design and timeline without missing a beat. The finished spaces are beautiful and a significant upgrade to our home. We also appreciated how they kept us informed about costs throughout the process. Highly recommend.

> Markus and Mary Beth were a pleasure to work with. They were responsive to communications from me and had creative suggestions based on our discussions. Reimagine Raleigh and their contractors completely renovated 2 existing full bathrooms for us, and the end results are beautiful, contemporary, and in keeping with the aesthetics of the rest of the house.

> BEWARE! Markus Zaehringer (owner) does not hold responsibility for his lack of workmanship. We had a full bathroom remodel done by him, where the shower had a massive leak that caused mold growth in less than a year and a half. We reached out to Markus to help but he didn’t take any responsibility for the leak but then proceeded to charge us a markup on top of the work to fix the leak. His fix to his own original work was also surface level and didn’t address the full extent of the waterproofing issue.

> We respectfully dispute several factual inaccuracies in this review. The repair work referenced was performed without markup and addressed the underlying issue, which was later confirmed during litigation that was resolved in our favor. We stand by our workmanship and business practices.

> My experience with Reimagine Raleigh was terrible, and I strongly advise against using their services. Initially, communication with Markus seemed promising, but once the work commenced, everything went downhill. The subcontractors were consistently late, causing significant delays. Even worse, they rushed through the job, resulting in shoddy workmanship. Despite Markus claiming to warrant the work, the outcome was subpar from the start, and the finishing was equally disappointing. We ended up paying out of pocket to rectify the unprofessional work by hiring an external contractor. Save yourself the trouble – steer clear of Reimagine Raleigh for their lack of customer service, communication, and overall poor work quality.

> We feel, however, that this review in our opinion is a misrepresentation of the circumstances. Besides a number of statements that we disagree with, it does not mention that we had not received any payment at the time of completion and we were asked to attend some minor, usually warrantable, issues. Unfortunately, we did not see ourselves able to work for free even more. Lastly, we cannot respond to threats of reduced payments or posting a bad review. Reviews should not be weaponized.

Just an absolutely stellar job. Highly recommend.
