Throughout the years, I've worked with many contractors on numerous different projects. Some were good, some bad, some made promises they couldn't keep and only a few were great. It is with absolute pleasure that I can speak about how amazing it was to work with Orion and say hands-down they were one of the GREATEST companies I have ever worked with throughout my 19 years of experience. Our restaurant was in need of new flooring in January of this year as we experienced multiple issues with our floors coming apart and later found out there were major installation issues which required us to replace our flooring immediately. It was frustrating since the "new" flooring only lasted 9 months and we had to start over, so I was very skeptical when the term 'Polished Concrete' was brought to my attention. Thankfully for us, Orion had just completed a project at a local Wellness Center and when I saw the finished product, I was in awe. Quickly putting a stop to any of my skepticism was Enrique Heredia. We had our first meeting at our Restaurant, and not only was Enrique professional, informative and personable, I got the sense right away how proud he was of his work and how much he loved his job. His beliefs in his product and company were very evident and he ensured that he would give this project 100% of his efforts and HE DID NOT DISSAPOINT. He eased any of my tensions and worries by speaking to me not as a salesperson, but by someone who saw I had an issue that needed immediate assistance and he made us his priority. Throughout the entire process, he called me multiple times each day with updates about the progress and sent pictures. I gave him a deadline for completion as we had NFL Playoffs a week later and not only did he meet ALL of our expectations with customer service and the product he delivered, but Orion also finished a day early which meant I opened up earlier than expected! It was just incredible to watch the transformation take place. His work is absolutely beautiful, and his customer service is even better if that could even be possible. I also had the pleasure of working with his wife, Yazz, on the accounting side of this project and she was an absolute delight. It was easy to get a quick response from her and I absolutely loved hearing how they are a work hard/play hard family. Their young son and family are at the top of their priority list and they are blessed to be able to do both with running a successful business. They are a Power Couple who believe in family values and I'm fortunate to have met them. I'm proud that I once was a Client and now they have a friend for life. > I've attached some Before/After pictures to really showcase what a truly AMAZING job Orion did for our business.
